Cervus Equipment is in the business of acquiring and operating authorized agricultural, industrial, commercial &
transportation equipment dealerships in Canada and globally with 35 stores in Western Canada, 10 John Deere
agricultural stores located in New Zealand and 6 John Deere stores in Australia.
We are currently seeking a Parts Person to join our growing John Deere dealership in Watrous.
As a Parts Person you will:
-Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting, greeting and assisting incoming customers at the counter
-Prepare quotes for customer service, sales and service representatives and retail customers
-Place parts orders via telephone/fax or computer as required
-Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
-Ensure prompt and courteous telephone reception for the department to ensure customer satisfaction
Our ideal candidate will have:
-At least 2 years experience in Parts Department Operations
-Proficiency in using computers and the ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports
-The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced challenging environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent
