Responsibilities:
Act in accordance to the current RONA policies & procedures
Guide customers through their projects; coordinate the purchase of merchandise;
choose appropriate installation services and communicate all detailed information to
team members involved in regards to services, products, etc.
May visit job sites as directed.
Obtain customers information on installation needs, ensure install quotes and
payments are processed and completed accurately.
Create and maintains customer files and follows up with RONA customer to ensure
installs project expectation/outcome meets customer satisfaction.
Address and resolves customer concerns related to installations.
Qualifications:
Detail oriented & strong organizational skills
2 years of retail and related installation knowledge/experience (installations of building
material & millworks, kitchen design, and/or flooring) an asset.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate flexibility by providing
other team members support
Experience in customer service focused roles
Time management and problem solving skills. Ability to follow up and track multiple
projects.
