Reporting to the Loan Supervisor, you will:
-Have the primary duties of interviewing members and potential members;
-Analyze loan applications,
-Cross-sell the full range of Credit Union products and services,
-Grant and/or recommend consumer, residential mortgage, small business and agricultural applications.
-Be responsible for ensuring all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
As the successful candidate, you:
-Offer a Grade 12 diploma plus one year of formal education or equivalent; a one year program (may include completion of CUIC General Studies Program) and one to three years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is a career opportunity in the Financial Services Industry and placement within the Account Manager Progression Program is based on both education and experience.
-Have experience with small business and agricultural lending, which is a requirement for this position.
-Offer proven dedication to providing quality member service and thorough understanding of the legal and legislative requirements associated with lending are required.
-Have excellent communication skills and working knowledge of various computer software programs.
-Have dedication to providing quality member sales and service and demonstrate commitment to self-development.
