Required Skills:
Experience-Previous collection/financial/call centre or sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.

Languages:
Must speak English, Read English, Write English

Business Equipment/Computer Applications:
Windows, Internet Browser, general office equipment

Security and Safety:
Successful candidate subject to criminal check

Specific skills:
Excellent communication and listening skills, strong problem solving, interpersonal and telephone skills, good clear speaking voice,  negotiating and analytical skills. Must be able to type. Mature/retired individuals encouraged to apply. Organization and time management skills, highly motivated, ability to work some evening hours.
