Description:
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors, in person and phone
- Answer phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
- Book appointments in person or over the phone through an Electronic Medical Records System
- Protect patient confidentiality
- General office duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience
- Basic computer skills
- Basic medical terminology would be an asset
- Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of office procedures
