Job Description:

The Landscape Foreman is in-charge of the site details from the assignment of the tasks through to completion of the project. This involves and is not limited to; execution of, and maintain constructions schedules; supervision and hands-on leadership and training of staff; coordination of materials, equipment and staff effectively; as well as monitoring and enforcing safety procedures, company procedures and company policies.

Required Skills/Duties:
Possess exceptional skills and knowledge of Landscape Construction standards and installation techniques
Effective supervision, leadership and time management skills, and relate them to everyday duties. Understanding and accepting these roles with in company culture and ensuring others comply
Responsible for job accountability  tracking labour and materials on the job, keeping accurate records of site details and job reporting paper work and understand budgets and schedules
Accepting the role of a leader and effectively working well with others in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to give and receive direction through static noise and the ability to follow up and adjust direction according to the situation.
Monitoring vehicle or equipment operation of new staff in training and ensure safe and efficient operation practices are being used
Equipment operation and maintenance  mechanically inclined with ability to diagnose potential hazards and or preventative damage, checking fluids and completing paperwork involved with vehicle maintenance
Ability to adapt to you surroundings and be willing to accept challenges you may be faced with from a personal and professional stand point.
Required Certificates:

Possess all the necessary certifications required by the company, as it relates to your position
PME and required safety certificates and sign-offs
Valid drivers license class 5, 3A or 1A if required
