Our Sales Associate represent KeyMan Engravables to the customer & perform daily operations to assist in achieving store sales & financial goals while acting in full compliance with a variety of operational requirements-Use Company selling techniques such as add-on sales & describing engraving information to customers to enhance sales & reach store & individual sales goals -Is proficient in the basic skills of store operations consisting of engraving; performance of all point of sale transactions; & certain equipment maintenance -Participate in store activities of stocking merchandise, & processing incoming & outgoing merchandise shipments in a timely manner. -Help to create a store environment that ensures great customer service -Understands basic retail concepts: selling, visual merchandising & loss prevention. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, & grammatically correct manner-Ability to listen, read, & accurately transcribe & verify customer message specifications onto engraved merchandise -Relates to all customer segments & creates a good first impression-Demonstrates the importance of & is motivated by achieving sales goals & strives to increase sales -Maintains a high energy level -Demonstrates the willingness & ability to work as part of a team -Accepts instructions & criticism in a positive manner & acts on them appropriately -Ability to work unsupervised -Displays flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet store needs -Has a strong work ethic & sense of personal responsibility
