Red Seal Recruiting Solutions Ltd., is looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic for Estevan, SK. We are a specialized trades and industrial management recruitment company.
Experience:
Candidates must be technologically proficient with
laptop diagnostic experience and well-rounded
mechanical service experience in their respective
field. Knowledge of agricultural equipment is
required.
Education:
Inter-provincial or Red Seal Certificate in the
Agricultural Equipment Technician Trade preferred.
4th Year apprentices will also be considered.
Preference will be given to those with a valid 1A
license and SGI Safety Certification (Heavy Duty
Truck Technicians)
Skills and Abilities:
o Customer service, Oral communication,
Working with others, Problem solving, Decision
making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and
organizing, safety conscious.
o Overall mechanic ability
o Knowledge of Selective Catalyst
Reduction(SCR), Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR),
Diesel Particular Filter(DPF) and/or Adblue
technology
o Strong computerized diagnostic skills
using OEM specific programs
o Proficiency at reading and interpreting
hydraulic and electric sche-matics
o Commitment to customer service and pride
in quality workmanship
