This position includes working weekend nights. The
position includes basic cleaning of building,
security, and answering to emergencies of the
residents. First Aide is an asset but will train.
Must possess excellent communication skills; act in
a professional manner; be a team player; be able to
work alone.

- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Dust furniture
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect elevators

- Apartment/condominium complex
Security and Safety
- Criminal record check (abstract)
