Must be available for various shifts including days/evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act in accordance with all current RONA policies and procedures
Provide all customers with exceptional customer service through the use of the RONA values and customer service programs
Assist with the daily upkeep of the department by down stocking, cleaning, price labelling, & other assigned duties
Build product knowledge through the use of vendor training ,and in store training on products through the store.
Utilize computer systems
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in customer service-focused roles
Detail oriented & strong organizational skills
Ability to perform work duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate flexibility by providing other team members support
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, and be a team-player
