Description

We are currently accepting applications for
Lifeguard/ Instructors.  This is a seasonal full
time position with approximate dates of employment
from June 26th until September 1st 2014.  Some
evening and weekend availability will be required.  
Wage is based on qualifications and range from
$12.00 to $15.00/hour.  Additional benefits
include  the reimbursement of 50% of costs of the
required training course and books over 2 years of
employment as well we offer a campsite at no
charge in a designated area of the park. Required
qualifications include Lifesaving National
Lifeguard Certificate and/or Red Cross Lifeguard
Certificate, Lifesaving Instructor Certificate and
Standard First Aid/CPR-C.

Lifeguards/Instructors reports to the Head
Lifeguard. We are seeking applicants who are self-
motivated; enjoy being outdoors, ability to
respond quickly to emergency situations, and
interacting with the public.  
Main duties of this position include instructing
lessons, lifeguarding duties ensuring patron
safety,  enforcing all pool policies, be compliant
with the Pool Safety Plan, maintenance and
cleaning of the pool including chemical tests,
collecting swimming fees and handling patron
concerns, and assist with swimming lesson
registrations.
