Description

Chinook School Division is looking to fill a full-time (7.5 hours/day) Human Resources Administrator position at the Chinook Education Centre in Swift Current. Start date to be August 18, 2014.

Desired Qualifications:
-Completion of post secondary courses in Office Management from a recognized educational institution as approved by the Board of Education
-Skill in the use of Microsoft Office (EXCEL, ACCESS, WORD, PUBLISHER); SRB - Human Resources Personnel software program;
-Experience in working within a computerized, networked environment
-Training or experience with Human Resources
-Experience with employee benefit plans would be an asset

-Strong work ethic
-Creativity and the ability to work at times on a team and at times independently

Duties (will include but will not be limited to):
-Clerical support-typing, editing, preparing and publishing reports, photocopying; ordering resources; preparing for workshops; filing; maintaining data bases and personnel files; and assisting employees with inquiries
