Baydo Development Corporation is a professional
land and real estate developer based out of
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We specialize in the
design and construction of townhomes, apartment-
style condominiums, commercial development and
single-family homes. Established in 2011, our
ownership and management team brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience in real estate,
engineering, and architectural design.

Our current portfolio of projects includes
Stonegarden, Gateway Plaza, and Forest Ridge.
Stonegarden is comprised of 48 luxury townhomes
and is located in Stonebridge. Gateway Plaza is a
mixed-use project located in Willowgrove and
includes 17 commercial units, and 48 apartment-
style condominiums. Construction for our Forest
Ridge project has begun and will include 30 luxury
townhomes once complete.

We are looking for a candidate with practical
experience in concrete form work for footings,
foundations, grade beams and flatwork in Saskatoon
and area. The right candidate will be able to work
independently, but also have the ability to direct
and manage others.

Daily Tasks:
-Check formwork, granular base and steel
reinforcement material
-Curing concrete
-Cutting and coring concrete
-Slab installation
-Cut control joints
-Direct placement of concrete into forms or
surfaces
-Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured
cement
-Good understanding of the construction process
and ability to operate equipment;
-Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power
tools
-Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills
and other fixtures
-Level top surface concrete according to grade and
depth specification
-Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
-Strip concrete forms
-Utilize laser leveling technology
-Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces
-Class 1 and Class 3 drivers license is an asset
