Summer Student JobColya J Fires Services requires a MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN to provide mechanical and pump test services to clients throughout the province of Saskatchewan. This position will be full time from May to October with the possibility of becoming permanent. It requires travel throughout the province and some overnights stays.
The successful candidate will be mechanical minded, preferable with post secondary training in automotive mechanics as they would be troubleshooting and repairing fire rescue equipment (fire trucks and rescue trucks) as well as pump testing and work. Specific training will be provided.
You must be able to lift up to 75 LBS and be able to climb on large vehicles.
Consideration will be given to a combination of education and/or experience and salary will commensurate. All expenses are paid for travel and company service vehicle provided.
