Envirotec services commercial, industrial and institutional organizations in: hazardous waste disposal and recycling, emergency spill response, property remediation, industrial cleaning vacuum truck services, used oil materials recovery and recycling, and other specialized services.

Position and Scope

This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude. As a key member to Envirotec, you will be expected to support our organization by providing day-to-day administrative assistance to our divisions.  

Key Accountabilities of the position include:

1. Perform detailed work involving the coordination and communication of information and implementation of administrative resources and processes that support our divisions

2. Manage incoming  calls and the direction of the phone call to the appropriate division

3. Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients

4. Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, faxes and couriers

5. Maintain filing and archiving systems for all divisions

6. General office duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills, have an eye for detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The candidate must have a high level of confidentiality and be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
