A candidate can expect to start with us as a
Management Trainee, learning all aspects of how to run our business, including: customer service, administration, financial management/accounting, sales/marketing, and operations.
Upon seccessful completion of the Management Training Program, candidates have the opportunity to grow into management positions with our promote from within policy.
We are looking for candidates with strong people
skills and leadership ability, who are organized,
self motivated, and enthusiastic. Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer
service, sales and/or management OR have completed their post secondary education.
