Vacancy:  1
Starting date: As soon as possible
Period: Until May 31, 2014
Working hours: Up to 7 hours (1 days) per 2 weeks

Requirements:
Member in good standing of the provincial dental
association,
Minimum of 6 months of work experience practicing
dentistry.

Tasks / Duties:
Dentist must:
Provide primary dental care, including x-rays and
health promotion.
Provide Dental services and collaborate with the
institutions multi-disciplinary health services
team that includes Nurses, Institutional
Physicians, Dieticians and other allied health
professionals.
Prepare dental clinic lists and appointment
schedules triage based on requisitions received
and dental emergencies as they arise
Document dental assessment, treatment, and
consultations in the patients Dental Record
Folder.
Provide dental services in English

Particularity:

Dentist must:
Provide and supervise the activities of a Dental
Assistant;

Dental assistant must have:
Minimum of one year of experience as a dental
assistant
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a dental
assistant providing intra-oral care
