Based in one of Saskatchewan's cities, this position is responsible for the day-to-day Operations, P&L, HSE and HR of our client's paving business. This is a new and incremental senior level position within an established organization, reporting directly to the shareholders.

As the key member of the management team, you will provide leadership in business development, project management and operational efficiencies. You will develop, manage, and grow relationships with urban and rural clients, stakeholder, partners and staff.

Ideally, you are a seasoned leader with a successful track record of supervising a paving, road construction, aggregate, cement company or similar business operations. Your strong planning, estimating, surveying and / or civil project management experience comes with a solid history of developing winning bids, organizing the fleet and personnel for effective project completion. Technical skills in c osting, contract management, RFPs and tendering, combined with industry related experience and the internal mentorship will get you up to speed fast. Developing lasting relationships comes naturally to you, in both professional and social settings.
