Small local construction company looking for some
P/T office help to start as soon as possible.
Duties will include, however not limited to:
-Organizing paperwork/computer files (tracking
workers/machine hours/work site correspondence)
-Use of Quickbooks to do billing, basic accounting
& payroll
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
Experience is definitely required.
Days and hours are very open as I would expect to
only need someone 2-3 days a week (10-20hrs/week).
