Duties
Performing clerical duties typing, faxing and filing
Answering phones and relaying messages
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Taking payment and issuing receipts
Various other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills
Computer skills (Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet)
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work in a confidential environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Organizational and time management skills
Applicants with Secretarial/Reception experience preferred.
