Responsibilities:
Complete general maintenance and repairs including changing of lights, ceiling tiles, sidewalk and parking lot snow removal
Respond to basic tenant requests and emergencies regarding building operations, completing records of work performed
Monitor and inspect the physical operation of all building systems to ensure operation within specified tolerances including all Building Central and Life Safety equipment
Respond to basic information needs in working with external service providers
Apply standard and established processes and procedures for corrective action
Follow WHMIS and provincial health and safety requirements
Perform ad-hoc maintenance functions as assigned by the Site Supervisor and Property Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in office building operations
Sound knowledge and understanding of maintenance, technology, mechanical and electrical systems processes and procedures; able to read plans
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)across all organizational levels
Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure to deliver results with changing client needs
Self motivated and professional; able to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning
Must be physically fit and willing to work outside in all types of weather and comfortably at heights.
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
Willing to work overtime, weekends and Public Holidays
Able to obtain required security clearance
