Current is seeking a candidate who is extremely
details oriented for a fast paced Parts Specialist
Role.
Role and Responsibilities
The duties required for this position include, but
are not limited to, answering phones, cheerfully
greeting clients, taking requests and filling
parts orders. Saturdays will be required to be
worked in this position on a rotational basis.
Front desk duties of answering telephone
inquiries, face to face dealings with customers
Manage internal part control functions, including
order processing, documentation and quotes,
pricing and record keeping
Control procurement, receiving, storage, handling
and shipments of all parts stock to meet customer
requirements
Identify, label and catalogue items received
Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies
and materials
Issue and distribute parts and supplies for
internal use
Qualifications
Be a part of a team overseeing the day to day
operations of the parts department
Provide exceptional customer service both
internally and externally
Excellent communication skills & telephone
etiquette
Strong detail orientation displaying
administrative and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Preference will be given to those with Automotive
knowledge or experience but is not necessary to
apply
