Description

Corrpro Canada Inc, an Aegion company, is looking for a permanent, full time Construction Labourer/Trade Helper (NOC Code 7611) to join our team in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities
Will be installing materials for cathodic protection installations construction projects
Review field file with foreman and/or project manager to understand job requirements for materials installation
Notify construction foreman of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives
Participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits
Document deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to the construction foreman
Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times
Report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to construction foreman
Inspection of rectifiers
Assisting with cathodic protection surveys. Assisting journeyperson electrician with electrical installations. Operate equipment under supervision of senior personel
Qualifications
NACE CP1 Certification
2 years of outdoor construction experience
Be able to effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees
Adjust to work-related demands without becoming frustrated
Demonstrate conscientiousness and dependability to produce results
Must be able to travel including significant overnight travel and over time on a regular basis
Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Must have a good standing class 5 driver's license with abstract
Equipment operating experience is an asset
Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug and medical test

The wage range for this position is $16 - 23/ hour.
