Data Entry Clerks will form part of the Enhanced Service Delivery Program team through LLRIB Social Development. These positions are responsible for ensuring client data is accurately entered into the TAS system on a regular basis and producing updates on statistical information gathered. Clerks will work closely with the ESD Program Coordinator, the ESD Case Workers and the Director of Social Development. Clerks will maintain an adequate confidential filing system. Clerks will also provide clerical support to ESD staff as required. Data Entry Clerks may also assist with administering financial payments to vendors and clients if required.
? 1 or 2 years of relevant post-secondary training in office education and/or computers; ? Experience in data entry, maintaining and updating a data base; ? Fast and accurate keyboarding ability; ? Proficiency in the use of computers including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Access; ? Excellent task planning and office organizational skills including filing; ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ? Ability to work in a team environment; ? Ability to maintain confidentiality of client files and other relevant program information; ?
