Cowan Graphics Inc., one of Western Canada's largest screen print and wide format digital print companies with locations in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Toronto, is seeking a dynamic, energetic person to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position will have an Inside Sales component as well. Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, and order entry. You will need to achieve and maintain a rapport with our customers and work to give them the best possible service. Utilize a computer to retrieve customer information, follow up on inquiries, work closely with production control regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments, make price quotations, maintain files for active orders, prepare paperwork, and various administrative duties as required. Computer skills should include working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet. Must have good mathematical skills and be very organized.
