Description

Kindersley & District Co-op is looking for a Petroleum Division Manager responsible for leading the initiative, execution, and growth of the responsibilities listed below.  This manager will provide leadership to employees in our Petroleum department including a Petroleum Manager Trainee and Fuel Delivery Drivers. They will also develop and implement sales and marketing plans to acquire and retain Petroleum customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Teamwork:  To ensure that teamwork remains a key component to the work environment of your department, and the company.

2. Customer Service:  To provide best in class customer service to customers, community members, and staff members.

3. Bottom Line Results:  To ensure your department is maximizing its financial potential through the management of marketing, expense control, employee relations, and changing markets/products.  To be responsible for the efficiency and future development of your respective department.

4. Accountability:  To be responsible for the employees of your department, your respective job duties, attendance, appearance, and proper conduct inside and outside of work.  To efficiently serve customers, and continuously evaluate the proficiency of the department.

5. Ingenuity:  To be innovative and responsible for the development of your department. To continue to enhance efficiency, marketing ideas, and employee growth.

6. Safety:  To fully demonstrate, train, and implement safety processes.  To notify the proper authority and take proper action in the event of a safety concern.

Qualifications:
- Superior customer service and communication skills and be a self-starter
- Must be bondable and have a clean background check and driving record
