Work with nice people like Pokemon and Lalaloopsy.  Get to know Customers, co-workers and managers while helping process refunds and returns.  You love providing Customers with awesome service and what makes you happiest is helping others.

Customer Service Associates are friendly, Customer-focused and detail oriented individuals who are comfortable with multi-tasking.  They support our Cashiers, accurately processing all returns and refunds, solve Customer problems and ensure Customers leave with a positive impression of ToysRUs.
