Our industry is undergoing unprecedented growth to meet increasing demand, and our company is experiencing transformational growth.  They are ready to welcome an Area Marketing Representative to their operations in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

As an Area Marketing Representative, you are responsible for:
-    Developing a market growth strategy.
-    Identifying grain merchandising and crop input opportunities.
-    Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining key contact with all farm customers within the region.
-    Seed, fertilizer and crop input sales.
-    Providing contract services to customers.
-    Purchasing grain.
-    Coordinating the logistics for grain movement.
-    Credit management.

You and Your Experience:
-    Degree in Agriculture combined with 3 - 5 years' of Ag-related sales and marketing experience in a crop inputs retail environment.  
-    Experience in a merchandising role would be considered an asset.
-    Above average communication, leadership and organizational skills.
-    Effective problem solving and decision making skills.
-    Knowledge of environment, health and safety standards.
-    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
