Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor in Exotic, Wildlife and Zoological Medicine in the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences. This position is available July 1, 2014, and the start date is negotiable.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate students in the field of zoo, exotics and wildlife medicine and surgery. The candidate will be expected to develop a research program in an area related to their interests and the interests of the institution, provide clinical service in the Veterinary Medical Centre and at the Saskatoon Zoo, and contribute to extension and continuing education programs.
The current salary range for an Assistant Professor is $88,798.00 to $112,678.00 and for an Associate Professor it is $106,708.00 to $130,588.00.
