Provide senior administrative and operational support to District Managers
Scheduling of LPO's and Security Guards on a weekly basis
Supporting the operations of Security and Loss Prevention by filling in on shifts for scheduled staff when required.
Constantly hiring new staff, onboarding them and assisting and coordinating their training in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Responsible for all hiring practices and documentation and submitting all hire documents to the District Manager and admin support
Ensure that Forensic Investigations Canada is complying will all Provincial and Regulatory requirements.
Management of employee and client timesheets, arrest reports and subsequent documentation, and shift reports and providing all documents to the District Manager and admin support on a bi-monthly or monthly basis dependent on client or Forensic Investigations Canada's requirements
Conduct surveillance and/or investigations as required.
