Regional Account Manager - Swift Current, SK
Accountable to develop and implement grain and farm supply sales programs to achieve sales and margin goals.
Develops, implements and manages regional sales strategies, ensuring overall alignment with corporate objectives.
Accountable for achieving sales and margin targets in grain and farm supplies.
Accounts for management of customer base and the successful implementation of customer programs.
Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding on farm inventory, competitive pricing/programs, products that are available to the regional facility and/or direct to end users.
Responsible for human resource management for regional sales staff including hiring, promoting, performance development/management, coaching, administering the collective agreement and human resource policies, disciplining and discharging within company policy. Provides for effective staff development for sales staff.
Responsible for maintaining regional accounts receivable in good standing.
Provides leadership, direction and coaching to sales staff in order to meet performance targets.
Performs other related duties as required.
