Position Summary:  Directs and co-ordinates activities involved in operating a retail store by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.  

Responsibilities include:
- Interviewing, hiring and training Associates.
- Planning, assigning and directing work.
- Appraising performance.
- Rewarding and coaching Associates.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

Basic Reading/Writing Skills
- Ability to understand the meaning of written or printed matter and to record information by inscribing characters or symbols.
