Highway Host Family Restaurant located in Rosetown, Sask is seeking cooks with formal Indian cooking experience to work in our busy restaurant. Successful applicant must be able to prepare and cook full course meals, supervise kitchen helpers, maintain inventory, records of food, supplies, equipment, plan menus, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies. Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in food preparation, excellent organizational skills, a highly developed work ethic and be quality oriented.
