Qualifications:
- A combination of training and/or experience to fulfill the responsibilities of this position
- Certification as a cook is not mandatory
- Three or more years of previous experience as a cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook special meals as instructed
- Prepare food using proper food safety techniques
- Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
- Monitor and order supplies
