We are looking for someone to add to our team with a knowledge of bar systems, inventory, and high service standards is a definite asset. We are looking for a high energy individual who possesses a great attention to detail.
    To ensure that staff are punctual and reliable, and fulfilling their shift duties. To satisfy customer requirements by ensuring that staff is providing consistent and friendly service to all guests at a high standard. To handle any problems with regards to guest complaints, machine problems or staff problems.
    To train new staff in methods and procedures of the bar. To ensure that the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar and service areas are kept to the required standard. To ensure that all closing duties of staff are completed before they finish their shift etc.
