Description

The position is responsible for conducting
strategic and detailed financial market research
and analysis and providing related
recommendations. The incumbent will also develop
relevant financial reporting and populate
valuation modeling to participate within Business
Unit strategic planning initiatives and various
special projects which may include merger and
acquisition strategy, annual reports, Management
Discussion and Analyses (MD&A), investor
presentations, etc.

Develops financial models to analyze and assess
the value and potential financial implications of
acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and special
projects.  This may include analyses to further
identify synergies, and corporate-wide
efficiencies.
