SecurTek is seeking a highly motivated technical professional to join our expanding Technical Support department, based in Yorkton. Prime responsibilities will include responding to and supporting all customer groups with the installation and use of security alarm systems and associated equipment. The successful candidate will follow established procedures, industry and manufacturer documentation to meet the needs of the dealer/customer in a timely manner. Internal processes and procedures will be fulfilled efficiently to ensure the delivery of the SecurTek Service Excellence Strategy.
Applicants will have working knowledge of PC's, use of modems and other computer peripherals. Experience working with electronics or formal education in electronics is an asset. Candidates must be able to work under continual pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to multitask is essential.
SecurTek currently has openings for 1 temporary full time candidate. Shifts will include rotating week ends and provide on call support for a 24/7 operations environment.
