Parkland College invites applications for an Instructor for Food & Beverage Service within the Tourism & Hospitality program.

Responsibilities: This position is primarily responsible for instruction of the Food and Beverage course within the Tourism & Hospitality Certificate Program. The Instructor must prepare and deliver lessons, evaluate and record student progress and monitor students in classroom settings.

Qualifications:

The minimum educational qualification for this position is an emerit certification in Food and Beverage Service. A Hospitality Management Program Diploma would be considered an asset.

The successful applicant must have additional industry experience and demonstrated classroom facilitation ability. The ideal candidate would hold a Food and Beverage Journey person certification.
