Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Must be accurate and detail oriented
- Demonstrates assertiveness and initiative
- Excellent customer service skills is an asset
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and revising of various forms/spreadsheets
- Compiling data required from different departments
- Project management as assigned
- Interaction with existing and potential customers
- Organize, schedule and prioritize sales orders
- Work closely with all departments to achieve and meet deadlines
- Generate quotes
