Job Summary:
The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Acute & Clinical Services, is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is achieved by the Coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling.

Experience:
-Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Current registration with SRNA.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
-Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)

-Ability to make decisions, which must include coordination of staffing, and/or patient care, and/or coordination of equipment
