The Cook is responsible for the planning, preparation, cooking, and serving full-course and short-order meals and the general supervision of the food services section of the Treatment Centre. The Cook is directly accountable to the Regional Director.
Ability to read and write at a Grade 10 level;
Three (3) years proven experience and skills in food preparation; budgeting, supply and residentail food serivces managment;
Ability to communicate and relate well with a variety of people;
Certification in St. Johns First Aid/CPR Course;
Have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle, and;
Ability to obtain security clearance.
