Description

Build, maintain and operate the CMMS database for preventive, corrective and reimbursable maintenance for all sites. The Maintenance Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that all Work Orders and requests are received, scheduled, completed, recorded and entered into the work management system (CMMS) on a timely basis and in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and site requirements.

The position is camp based on a 21 days in and 7 days off rotation schedule.

Responsibilities:

Build the CMMS data base for each new site; entering all locations, assets, preventive maintence (PM) tasks,  PM schedules, vendors, materials and tools. Coordinate with the site maintenance manager/coordinator for accurate information.
Build an equipment handbook and safety practices database for use on each site.
Train site customers to use CWORKS and work as a team to implement a viable work request process.
Generat preventive maintenance documents to the Maintenance Manager in a timely manner each month for all applicable sites.
Send completed Preventive Maintenance documents from the sites to centralized Work control in Calgary. Where applicable, open Corrective Maintenance (CM) work orders and document corrective measures for work completed, materials used and time taken to complete tasks.
Open daily new work requests raised by the customer of each site and generate into CM work orders.
Data entry
Maintain database for material and tool inventory including the vendors list.
Maintain records and financial information in
Maintain various excel spreadsheets to assist in the management of CMMS.

Qualifications:

Advanced in MS Word and Excel
Experience in the use of databases and electronic file management software.
Strong customer service skills
