* Prepare&cook Japanese food such as Sushi,and
rolls.
* Monitor food quality.
* Plan menus, ensure quality of food & determine
size of food proportions.
* Estimate food requirements and costs.
* Train and demonstrate new cooking techniques.
Wage & benefits: $12.00-$13.00/hour, 15 days of paid vacation.
Requirements:
-Completion of college or other program in cooking or
-Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience.
