At the moment we're looking for a Groups & Events Coordinator to share in our success at The Resort at Cypress Hills. This is a varied role which combines conference & events and group reservations. Confident and professional in your approach, you'll have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. You'll provide the link between the customer and the Resort to ensure that all information pertaining to their meeting, event or group is communicated clearly to the relevant resort personnel in a timely manner.
Ideally you'll have a sound knowledge of Conference & Events operations and a strong commitment to customer service. Previous experience in a hotel is preferred. You will have an organized nature, great attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. You will also possess initiative, have the capability to manage multiple tasks at once and have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
