Description

Focus on the science under the soil and emphasize on soil fertility practices in the different soil zones in Saskatchewan. This position provides clients with solution-based suggestions, field scale research, and technical support services that concentrate on increasing their individual production from an agronomy standpoint. Precision in recording details both in and out of the office is a requirement.  This position would be based out of your home office in Saskatchewan, and would entail flexible hours and travel.

You will be supported by a team that covers everything from soil testing to GIS; allowing you to focus on your passion - agronomy. As clients are throughout Saskatchewan, you will travel regularly to oversee their operations; ensuring exceptional customer service for each operation regardless of its location.

Strong consideration will be given to:
- Individuals in the process of obtaining a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation
- Five (5) years of practical hands-on knowledge
- Completion of a college diploma or degree in Agriculture
- Understanding of GIS, GPS, and remote sensing is mandatory
- Willingness and ability to operate clients equipment
