A+ Certification preferred, but not required. Must have sales or customer support experience and communication skills. An advanced knowledge of operating systems, networking and software support is required. Experience with computer repair, software support and server environments is an asset. Valid drivers licence required.
Duties include in store customer support, some sales, hardware and software support. Online and telephone support. On site hardware and software support.
