Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferred Business Degree, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years purchasing and strategic sourcing
- Knowledge of MRP system would be an asset
- Possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods for production
- Coordinate incoming logistics
- Negotiate and write contracts
- Selection and vendor management
- Develop and implement cost saving strategies
- Address non-conformances and apply corrective actions
- Maintain all purchasing records including inventory
