Description

Applications are invited for a permanent full time (8 hrs/day) Certified Caretaking position in the North East School Division with placement at Stewart Hawke Elementary School.  This position is to commence on July 12, 2013.  
Hours of work - 6-10 a.m. & 2-6 p.m. During non-school days 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Qualifications:
-Fireman's Certificate is a requirement for employment in this classification
-Minimum qualification - Grade 12
-Knowledge of the cleaning and minor maintenance of school buildings and grounds
-Good organizational skills
-Commitment to task completion
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Must be physically fit and able to handle various tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, turning
-Be willing to join the Local CUPE 4875 union
