Description

Receptionist sought for full-time position at Lakeview Veterinary Clinic starting late June 2013. We are a small but busy practice servicing the local community and providing healthcare, information and a variety of services to cat and dog owners. Our full-time weekday receptionist works alone and is responsible for extensive client interaction and management of all administration duties. Applicants should therefore have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident ability to go above and beyond to welcome and serve our clients and patients in a warm, patient and positive fashion. He or she would also be responsible for scheduling, maintenance of accurate client and patient information and food sales  training on canine and feline nutrition would be provided. Skills in multitasking, prioritising, phone etiquette and the ability to work independently are a must. Experience as a receptionist or qualification as a Veterinary Office Assistant is appreciated but not essential.
