Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 year customer service experience
- Competent with Microsoft Office software
- Mechanical aptitude, preferably related to agricultural equipment
- Possess a valid passport
- Solid decision making skills
- Organized with the ability to plan for the unexpected and prioritize tasks
- Experience in handling high pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new and improve existing reports, proposals and processes
- Review Sales Representative contracts and perform duties as needed
- Supervise staff
- Attend and organize trade shows and events
- Ensure customer service is top priority
- Attend and conduct inter-departmental meetings
- Maintain inventory control
